Silvia Rodriguez-Sama
Author & Archaeologist
As a writer of middle grade fiction and an archaeologist specializing in the prehistoric Andes, I explore diversity across the deep timespan of human experience.
My storytelling invites young readers to discover the complex cultural richness of the ancient past.
I worked with acclaimed author Francisco X. Stork to prepare my debut novel for representation and publication, as part of the We Need Diverse Books 2022 Mentorship Program.
